Located in the heart of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, this traditional twelve-room Peruvian casa hacienda opened its doors earlier this month.
Conveniently located between Ollantaytambo and the historical city of Cusco, Inkaterra Hacienda Urubamba draws architectural vision from the local country state home designs of the region, combined with a traditional colonial flair. The surrounding gardens offer the best of the Andean highland nature.
Guests can chose from four luxury room options, each offering spectacular views, along with their own personal touches and characteristics. Those wanting the best of the Inkaterra experience can opt for the prestigious Urubamba Owners Quarters, an exclusive and spacious duplex at the top of the hacienda.
Excitingly, a further twenty-four boutique casitas will be opening as part of the property later this Summer. Emphasising Inkaterra’s core philosophy of respecting the environment, Inkaterra Hacienda Urubamba offers a number of eco-tours and excursions.

Come early 2016 guests will be able to relax and unwind at the Inkaterra Hacienda Urubamba’s spa. Inspired by the natural flora of the Andean mountains, the spa will offer a bespoke wellness menu.
This exciting new opening is the first of many new initiatives from Inkaterra as they celebrate their 40th anniversary of sustainable tourism in Peru this year.
